Production technology of Soke EVA waterproof board uses domestic advanced two-section pressing and single screw extrusion method. Intensifier and antioxidant are added into raw material resin EVA; the board is formed after heating, melting, plastification and pressing and traction, earthwork fabric (signal layer) with hanging belt is composed into integral by heating to form composite waterproof board. Pressing and rolling method can be also used, i.e., melting and plastification are made by resin pressing machine, melting shape blank pressed out from narrow mold mouth of the machine is melted into integral with hanging belt, and flat film is formed by rolling of roller and cooling, or the blank is melted into earthwork fabric with hanging belt, and composite waterproof board is formed by rolling of roller and cooling.

    Soke polyvinyl chloride (PVC) waterproof board is waterproof sheet with high quality and macromolecule. It is macromolecule waterproof rolling material that is produced from PVC resin by adding additives such as plasticizer, ultraviolet resistor, aging resistor and stabilizer and by pressing method.

    Soke ECB waterproof board is the preferred sheet of foreign and domestic tunnel, dike and bank waterproof projects. Its molecular weight reaches 250,000. Its performances are changed with ratio of vinyl acetate content, and can meet the requirements of various applications respectively. It has good flexibility, cold resistance, stress breakage resistance and small specific gravity, and is especially suitable for waterproof material of vault inside surface. It is the sheet produced from ethane and vinyl acetate copolymer by two-section pressing and three-roller rolling. The material is translucent, and belongs to environmental protection material.

    Application range

    Waterproof of new railway, road, municipal road, light rail traffic construction (including bridge surface and tunnel), roof and underground projects, anti-seepage and corrosion resisting lining of environmental protection projects such as water conservancy, sewage treatment, landfill yard and chemical acid and alkali treatment tank.

    Product series

    Separate waterproof board: Earthwork cloth and waterproof board with hanging belt are laid by different layers.

    Composite waterproof board: Earthwork cloth and waterproof board with hanging belt are laid wholly, point type and partition type are combined, assembly welding seats are reserved on product edge, hanging belt is provided on earthwork cloth, integral laying can be made on site by one time.
